Known as KHNG, pple rmbs my surname but not my name. Pathetic. Currently studying in TP, taking up aviation managment & services. Seems interesting, so i applied and went in. Typical girl who drools over pretty&hot guys. man utd's cristiano ronaldo and kat-tun's kamenashi kazuya are two of my favourites. Enjoyed sec sch life and hope poly life will be eventful too. at the moment, no plans but to complete the 3years studies in TP.

''I've decided!'', Jane shouted. Standing on 170cm and weighing at 100kg, she have decided to shake off at least 30kg of her fats by the end of the year which is just 3 months away.

Everyone have doubts towards her decision. She always fail every single one of her plans. Her determination just was not enough for it. But now, she is serious about it and nothing can block her progress.

A good diet and adequate excerising are two crucial factors of her progressing. Searching for informations of her diet on the net, she came across this article:

Orange, as a negative calorie fruit, uses more calories to digest than the calories the food actually contain. Calories from these foods are much harder for the body to breakdown and process. In other words, the body has to work harder in order to extract calories from these foods. This gives these foods a tremendous natural fat-burning advantage.

Upon reading this article, Jane decided that two of her meals in the day will be just oranges! Although it will be like a challenge for Jane, she knew she is going to make it one day if she continues to strive on.

In a flash, 3 months is over and it is time to face the fact. Standing on the weighing scale, she was too afraid to open her eyes. Without any hesitation, she read her weight which shows on the scale. Jane rubbed her eyes in disbelief, she actually weighs only 69kg now! She heaved a sigh of relief but most importantly, she felt her confidence regained.
